Yardley, the mother squirrel, clapped her paws in delight. Ralph and Saffron, the squirrel siblings, jumped up and down with excitement. Even little Ambrose and the twins, Alfie and Alyssa, squealed with joy.
‘We must pack delicious sandwiches, juicy fruits, and sweet treats for our picnic,’ said Cedric. The family worked together to prepare a wonderful picnic basket filled with goodies.

The Walnut Squirrel Family smiled kindly and promised to help. They searched high and low, calling out for Hazel’s family. Finally, they found Hazel’s parents, who were overjoyed to see their little one safe and sound.
Chapter 4: A Magical Discovery
After saying goodbye to Hazel and her family, the Walnut Squirrel Family continued their picnic adventure. Suddenly, Saffron spotted a sparkling waterfall in the distance.
‘Let’s explore!’ she exclaimed. The family followed the sound of rushing water and stumbled upon a hidden cave behind the waterfall.
Inside the cave, they found glistening crystals that sparkled like stars. The family gasped in wonder at the magical sight. They collected a few crystals to take home as souvenirs of their unforgettable adventure.
Chapter 5: A Peaceful Ending
As the sun began to set, the Walnut Squirrel Family made their way back home. They walked hand in hand, hearts full of happiness from their picnic adventure.
Back at their cozy treehouse, the family gathered around the fireplace. They shared stories of their day, laughing and cuddling close.
‘Today was truly special,’ said Cedric, tucking Ambrose into bed. ‘We may have picnics often, but this one will always hold a special place in our hearts.’
